Based on your nominations, we will recognize 110 leading brokers or teams of brokers, with half of our winners specializing in property sales and half specializing in leasing. These will include:

 - Ten winners from the California markets
 - Ten winners from the Seattle and Pacific Northwest markets
 - Ten winners from the Phoenix and Southwest markets
 - Ten winners from the Texas markets
 - Ten winners from the Chicago markets
 - Ten winners from the Boston markets
 - Ten winners from the New York and Tri-State Area markets
 - Ten winners from the Washington, DC markets
 - Ten winners from the Atlanta and Southeast markets
 - Ten winners from the Florida markets
 - Ten winners from other parts of the country

We will consider the deals completed by the brokers in 2020 and will rank the winners by dollar amount (for investment sales brokers) and square footage (for leasing brokers).
