Commercial real estate leasing and sales brokers scored significant deal successes during 2023, a year in which the industry faced many pressures due to rising interest rates, inflation, hybrid work patterns in the office sector and several other factors. We’re preparing to spotlight the year’s leading dealmakers in Connect CRE’s first annual Canadian Top Broker Awards, and we welcome your participation in nominating these star performers. 

We will consider the deals completed by the brokers in 2023, based on total square footage for leasing transactions or the total dollar volume of investment sales transactions.
