2024 Top Mortgage Brokers and Lenders Awards - Submit Your Nominations Today

Having established the annual Top Brokers awards programs as a platform for recognizing achievements in leasing and investment sales, Connect Commercial Real Estate has broadened its reach into finance. For the fourth year in a row, we’re recognizing Top Mortgage Brokers and Lenders, who overcame a challenging lending environment in 2023.

For the 2024 Top Mortgage Brokers and Lenders Awards, we’ll consider capital markets professionals from real estate services firms, real estate finance advisory firms, financial institutions, insurance firms and credit unions, among other organizations. Acquisition and construction loans, refinancings and recapitalizations are among the types of transactions that are eligible. Our selections will be based on total dollar volume for each broker or team during 2023.

After considering your recommendations, we’ll choose this year’s honorees. The winners will be announced in July.
