What did you dream of being when you were growing up?

A professional athlete - at first Basketball, then Baseball. 

What is one of your greatest achievements?

On a personal level - my kids; on a professional one is the transition of two of the largest Health Insurance companies in the US - Anthem and WellPoint Health Networks. It was some of the hardest and most stressful 16 months of my life.

What do you feel is the biggest strength of our company right now?

Our unique model... the right mix of self-performance with key strategy is unique and our culture of caring, training and development. 

What is the most important thing we should know about you as a leader?

I want my team to all be promoted, and eventually pass me up - that is what success as a leader is for me.
