What did you dream of being when you were growing up?

I always wanted to be both a professional baseball player and a doctor.

What is one of your greatest achievements?

Along with my wife, raising 3 wonderfully grounded, capable, and caring children.

What is the most important thing we should know about you as a leader?

I always try to practice what I preach and be an inclusive empathetic leader.
