What did you dream of being when you were growing up?

I dreamed of being an attorney... more specifically, a criminal defense attorney. Yes, I may have had an unhealthy obsession with criminal justice books and shows.

What is one of your greatest achievements?

One of my greatest achievements is the completion of multiple college degrees while working full-time. This taught me to prioritize my time, build productive habits, and stay focused on my goals.

What do you feel is the biggest strength of our company right now?

I feel that our biggest strength as an organization is our ability to embrace change. Being able to see what is around the corner requires us to be proactive about driving change... even when things may be "going well."

What is the most important thing we should know about you as a leader?

I believe that time is our most precious resource. As such, I strive to prioritize interactions with my team members to build trust and align on a shared vision for our team,
