Nancy Roach is Founder and President of Strada Real Estate Services, a multi-state, multi-million dollar commercial building maintenance and repair services company with a unique self-performing business model. A true commercial real estate expert, Nancy served as Director, Vice President, and President at several commercial real estate and property management firms before founding Strada. Today, she remains a Licensed Real Estate Managing Broker and Certified Property Manager in addition to running Strada Real Estate Services. She uses her unique multi-disciplined commercial real estate background as one of her many strengths to deliver exceptional service to her clients. Nancy’s leadership in the industry has been recognized through numerous features in industry publications and speaking roles on industry and entrepreneurship panels. Nancy is passionate about mentoring women business owners and is a strong advocate for women in the commercial real estate industry. She served as President of CREW Chicago, sat on numerous CREW Network national committees, and is still an active member today.
