Regan Donoghue co-founded SimConsults, a workforce strategy firm, in response to the increasing demand for a better understanding of how to enhance and connect a workforce in any place. With 20 years of knowledge gained from examining & engaging with people in their workplace, she brings a fresh perspective on what the true needs of the workforce are during challenging times like these. Regan’s research and approach have formed from gaining a deeper understanding of human behavior, cognitive wellbeing, and emotional intelligence. She has been a keynote speaker for several industry global events including CoreNet, IFMA, & IIDA.
