Felix is a principal and the Head of Originations at Thorofare Capital. Since joining Thorofare Capital in 2012, Felix has helped execute the firm’s national debt investment strategies, including Thorofare Capital’s series of private debt funds and its origination and servicing strategic partnership with an institutional investor. Felix is principally responsible for originating new transactions, providing credit analysis and working with the asset management team to track investments from their initial funding to their ultimate realization. Felix’s extensive network of real estate professionals and his strong understanding of commercial real estate debt markets have been a driving force in helping Thorofare Capital to become a nationally recognized real estate debt investment platform. Felix graduated from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
