John Basile is a Senior Vice President with NAI Hiffman’s Industrial Services Group. A 15-year commercial real estate industry veteran, John advises clients both locally and across North America, partnering with owners, tenants, landlords, and developers in their commercial real estate strategies. John also works with multi-market clients across North America to penetrate new markets, exit under-performing markets and maximize supply chain efficiencies. John’s clients benefit from his creative solutions specific to their industry and markets and are able to leverage his accrued relationships and experience. Additionally, he has significant experience in the Food and Cold Storage sector including leasing, sales, and ground-up construction. Before joining NAI Hiffman John spent 9 years at Colliers International where he was a Vice President and a member of Colliers’ Food Advisory Services Group, a national platform developing and piloting best practices specifically tailored to companies specializing in food production, distribution, and storage. Members must have significant experience in the food and cold storage sector, and maintain high levels of relevant transactions.
