Peter Margolin has nearly 20 years of experience in banking and commercial real estate. His expertise includes real estate financing, commercial mortgages and real estate economics. He has originated more than $1 billion in commercial real estate mortgages throughout his career. Prior to joining Alliant, he served as regional director at Money360, where he opened its first Midwest office. Before that, he served in senior leadership roles at PennyMac Commercial Real Estate Finance, Centerline Capital Group, Arbor Commercial Mortgage, LaSalle Bank and JP Morgan Mortgage Capital. Peter Margolin earned a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin.
