A respected leader in the Texas multifamily housing industry since 1987, Terri began her career leasing apartment homes for Harold Farb Investments. She progressed through executive roles for several notable management and development companies steering 20,000+ units to prosperity. In 2011, she became an active multifamily investor. In 2016, she founded Better World Properties, LLC to further her vision of making the apartment world a Better World. The Better World Family of Companies brings this vision to fruition with apartment property management, financing, deal formation, investor services, training, staffing, rehabilitation and reposition, acquisition and disposition and process improvement – all under one roof. Better World Properties, LLC specializes in energetic apartment management of conventional apartments with a Texas focus. 75+ units and up. Class A, Class B and Class C, including senior and student housing. Services also include apartment construction management and lease-up, multifamily accounting solutions, apartment rehabilitation and reposition, apartment maintenance solutions, multifamily vendor selection and management and creative apartment marketing solutions. Terri is well known for multifamily asset improvement, value enhancement, resident satisfaction and owner delight. Her successes include new Class-A apartment development with unique amenity packages, distressed and damaged apartment property recovery and repositions, condominium conversions and multifamily turnarounds and dispositions. She is a member of the Programs Committee of Commercial Real Estate Women – CREW, a member of the Texas Women’s Chamber of Commerce, a native of Indiana and a proud Texan by choice.
