Susanna Jorgensen: Country Manager, Americas

What did you dream of being when you were growing up?
When I was very young, I wanted to become a police officer - probably because my father was a police officer himself. Later on, I wanted to become a lawyer, but ended up in finance because it was cool. A decision I am so grateful for today as it has opened up so many doors, amongst others to the US.
What is one of your greatest achievements?
Being a mother to my two daughters - they will also be my greatest joy.
What do you feel is the biggest strength of our company right now?
Our people, both amongst our senior leaders and our Placemakers in the business!
What is the most important thing we should know about you as a leader?
I truly believe in the power of trust. I trust this organization, and I place trust in others. I want to always create an environment where it is okay to make mistakes, where we can openly and honestly say 'I need help' or 'I don't know' - and then come together to help, collaborate and support.
